In commemoration of the International Day of Elders, students of Dr. Jeyasekharan College of Nursing organized a heartfelt outreach programme at St. Joseph Old Age Home, Pilankalai. The initiative aimed to honour the elderly, recognize their invaluable contributions to society, and promote awareness about their physical and emotional well-being.

The elderly participants expressed immense happiness and gratitude for the programme. The event not only brought moments of joy but also strengthened intergenerational bonds and reinforced the importance of caring for and respecting elders in society.

The programme concluded with prayers, blessings, and special birthday wishes offered by the elders and sisters to the Correspondent, Mrs. Beena Sabu. The celebration ended on a note of warmth, gratitude, and shared joy.
