World Cancer Day was observed on 4th February 2025 at Dr. Jeyasekharan College of Nursing with the theme “United by Unique,” which emphasized the crucial role of personalized, patient-centred care in the fight against cancer.

An awareness teaching program was organized to educate and motivate students on the importance of individualized cancer care. The program began with a welcome address by Mr. Sachin Raj (B.Sc. Nursing III Year), and the session was presented by Ms. Anto Nesiba (B.Sc. Nursing III Year). The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Sachin Raj.
